This Refund Policy applies to all products and services provided by Innovus LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”), including but not limited to SaaS platforms, software development services, data security solutions, consulting services, and related offerings available through InnovusHub and associated products such as Ringoo.

Innovus LLC provides a range of software solutions, including cloud-based SaaS products and custom services. Due to the nature of digital products and services, refund eligibility varies depending on the type of purchase.
SaaS Products and Digital Services
For SaaS platforms and digital products (including Ringoo and similar services):
- Payments for subscriptions or credit-based usage are generally non-refundable
- Once a service has been accessed, activated, or partially used, refunds will not be issued
- Refund requests for unused services may be considered within 7 days of purchase, subject to review
Credit-Based Services
For services that operate on prepaid credits:
- Credit purchases are non-refundable once any portion is used
- Unused credits may be eligible for a refund if: Requested within 7 days of purchase, and No usage has occurred Credits are provided solely for accessing services and do not represent stored monetary value.
Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you experience:
- Duplicate payments
- Billing errors
- Unauthorized transactions:Please contact us promptly. Verified cases may qualify for a full or partial refund.
Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to: Provide our services, Comply with legal obligations, Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
Fraud and Policy Violations

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
